As I was skimming the comments on the article, “Does the Bible Mandate Home School?” I ran into this sentence.

I’ve been struggling in my mind to describe what happens when someone attempts to impose their personal, passionately-held preferences on other people, as if to hold everyone to their own self-imposed regimen of whatever. Vegetarians disdain and attempt to convert meat-eaters to the no-meat way.
